Thomas Lindauer, 6’1” starting SS for the Moline Maroons baseball team has decided on a college. Read here for more on Lindauer.

The University of Illinois received a verbal commitment from one of the best kept secrets in the state, Thomas Lindauer. Early July he chose the Illini over Missouri State which has a rich baseball tradition.

Lindauer didn’t attend many showcases, but this SS made plays in the field that impressed opposing teams, coaches and fans for the past two years knowing he was a legit DI recruit.

Lindauer was named Player of the Year by the Dispatch and Argus; he is also a first team All Western Big Six basketball player for the Maroons.
